Custom Woven to Order. These rugs and runners are hand woven in the US by highly skilled hand weavers and will take up to 12 weeks to deliver.

Sample charge $200. Sample charge deducted from final invoice if an order is placed and the sample is returned. If no order is placed, the sample has to be returned to MYC within 4 weeks of receipt or we cannot issue a sample refund. Refund is less shipping. There is NO refund, return or exchange for custom orders.

A 50 % deposit is required at the time of order. Custom work has to be approved first before weaving process can begin. Balance due before shipping. A $50 monthly storage fee will be charged if rug has to be stored more than one month after completion of said rug/runner.

Order needs to be paid in full at the time of completion even if Customer is not ready to accept delivery!

• Care: We recommend dry cleaning. Small spots can be cleaned with mild, clear soap / dish detergent and cool water. Clean spill immediately, if possible. Blot dry with white towel. Small runners can easily be washed in the machine and dried in the dryer. They will become softer over time.
• Color Fastness: Stock yarns are dyed with acid dyes. Therefore on a scale ranging from 1 ± 10 they are rated a 9. There is no guarantee for color match since dye lots change. (Customer decides to make rug larger but original yarn was already purchased or custom dyed).
• There is also no guaranteed size to the inch. Due to the fact that all natural fibers have a tendency to shrink after great tension was applied on the loom, it is not always possible to get exact measurements. There are up to 2 inch variations in the width and up to 4 inches in length.
• Repairs: All woven rugs / runners can be repaired in case a thread breaks or a hole (depending on size) is burned into the carpet. We keep your original yarns for up to 5 years if there is ever any need for repairs.
